Ice Kacang (Shaved Ice)

It’s late spring and summer is just around the corner. On a hot summer day, nothing beats a dose of ice kacang, or Malaysian shaved ice that cools your throat and body like no other. This is the version served in Penang, Malaysia, with a scoop of durian ice cream and jelly!

You can certainly make your your own by trying my ice kacang recipe.
