Penang Assam Laksa is ranked #7 as CNN World’s Most Delicious Foods. This is my homemade Penang Assam Laksa, a dish that I grew up eating. I have two Assam Laksa recipes here and here. Both are my family’s recipes and equally good. They pretty much taste the same but the measurements are slightly different. Enjoy!
My good friend F gave me some bananas and the secret flour mix from Malaysia and I fried up a batch of pisang goreng or fried bananas. It was the best pisang goreng (fried bananas) ever—crispy, crunchy, and airy. Absolutely delicious!
